The Manufacturer guarantees all Banner Stands to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of shipment.

Applied graphics (all artwork applied to the panels and fabric covered panels) and bulbs are excluded from this warranty.

Warranted items must be returned to the Manufacturer within 3 business days of receipt of order for inspection and will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the Manufacturer.  Purchaser is responsible for shipping.

The conditions of this limited warranty are:

• The system shall have been subject to only normal usage and service and shall not have been abused, misused, neglected, altered or otherwise damaged.

• There shall be no evidence of tampering, deliberate destruction or improper handling, installation or maintenance.

• The copy of the invoice shall be provided to the Manufacturer.

No representative, distributor or dealer for the Manufacturer is authorized to assume any other obligations or liabilities in connection with its products, nor modify extend or alter the terms of this warranty in any way.
